We warrant, for a period of 2 years from the date of original delivery, its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship. We shall not be liable under this warranty for defects and damages arising from buyout products, which have been supplied by foreign manufacturers and integrated into or combined with our products. Further, the warranty shall not apply to wearing parts, such as ball and plain bearings, seals, lubricants and oils, and services, which have not been provided by our staff or by a specialist company expressly referred to by us. This warranty shall be void in the event of technical modification after the fact and fitting of spare parts, which have not been explicitly approved by us, and/or in case of non-performance of required maintenance.
